      We went to Etsu after reading reviews of several sushi restaurants here and elsewhere. Upon arrival I was a bit      concerned as the restaurant was empty. But, with the first bite of each of the 7 dishes we tried we were delighted.  The food was fresh and flavorful. Additionally, the service was also very good. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were also quite               friendly with my daughter. It was her 6th birthday.
