Restaurant is fully booked? No worries. Can still order takeout. I called to make the order and pickup myself after. Firstly, a girl picked up my call, but she seemed not confident enough to take orders. Then, she passed my call to another guy immediately. Firstly, a girl picked up my call, but she seemed not confident enough to take orders. Then, she passed my call to another guy immediately. I would say that guy sounded professional and polite even it was just over a phone call. It was my first time trying their food. And I was a bit confused about what to order. He is able to make suggestions which was helpful. I also particularly like the way he talked like “yes, certainly” etc., making me feel he was trained in service properly before.

About the food, everything was nice. I would not say they tasted like 2-3 stars Michelin awarding food, but they were all above average at least. Actually, about $40-50 a dim sum dish is not cheap, but their food quality is fair enough to its price. I guess it would be even nicer if we dined in.
