the restaurant just grand-opened for 2 weeks and we had a party of 3 to hv dinner tonight.we ordered the dinner sets of pad thai, lamb chop and rolled pork belly.let’s talk about food quality first: taste is not bad for all dishes but i was told that it is a michelin restaurant, i would wonder what it came from. the pork belly and lamb chop are tender and properly pan-fried. pad thai is good that it is not greasy at all.when we were half way done on the meal, i suddenly recalled the mashed taro

let’s talk about food quality first: taste is not bad for all dishes but i was told that it is a michelin restaurant, i would wonder what it came from. the pork belly and lamb chop are tender and properly pan-fried. pad thai is good that it is not greasy at all.
when we were half way done on the meal, i suddenly recalled the mashed taro (side dish)on the rolled pork belly and the mango sticky rice on the lamb chop were missing! the chef replaced those with potato wedges and assorted veggie. when we asked the waitress, it seems they dunno what side dishes of each dish should be. after back and forth communication with the chef, they simply told us that the taro and sticky rice were “sold out”.
i think the point is they hv to communicate with the customers if the dish has been changed.
anyways, they finally served us a small bowl of mashed taro and compliment a dessert of mango sticky rice. before i left the restaurant, they gave me a bag of shrimp chips as compliment again.
