The Swiss Chalet is one of the few Swiss restaurants in Hong Kong. Jeegermeischer Fondüü mit Chrüütli und a chili Enzian $298
Cheese fondue with white wine and and mushrooms. The mushrooms enhanced the umami of the pot. But the fondue was lighter than what I had before they moved. Enzian, a liquor produced with the root of gentian flower that is similar to Suze, was also added into the mixture.
Overall the food quality was good. Servers were attentive. Better to go with more friends to share more dishes!
