My wife called me suddenly to ask me to pack some meat back home, thus i just went to a nearby roasted meat restaurant. 陳記燒臘飯店 was located at reclamation street, couple of minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR.They are a traditional roasted meat store, with all types of assorted meat displayed on their glass window in front of the stall. They sold roasted pork, BBQ pork, suckling pig, roasted goose, chicken and sausages etc. BBQ pork was marinated till juicy, sweet in taste. It was chewy as well. Ro

Roasted pork - The skin was crispy and the meat contained some lean fats in between, thus it was juicy and chewy. Mustard sauce was provided to enhance the taste.
