To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Everytime I need a consistent Japanese meal, I come to Sen-ryo. I like this branch in IFC because you can do a bit of window shopping as you queue for your table to come. If you're not a sen-ryo member, you'll have to obtain a ticket when you arrive. If you're a sen-ryo member, you can download the app to queue in advance, but you can only obtain a number within 2km of the store. So it's not very useful if you live >2km from IFC and want to get a table immediately when you arrive. Also stran

If you're a sen-ryo member, you can download the app to queue in advance, but you can only obtain a number within 2km of the store. So it's not very useful if you live >2km from IFC and want to get a table immediately when you arrive. Also strange for just this sen-ryo branch is that they do not sort their queues by party size. So it's super frustrating if you're >2-3 people and all the free tables are only for 2-3 people, so in short, you'll have to wait a while to be seated.

Was feeling speedy so I ordered a few pieces of uni. Quality is top-notch, just like the uni I normally eat when I'm in Hokkaido.
