Located on Tak Man Street at Hung Hom, me and my sister passed by this little ramen store and was attracted by its cheese ramen in pepper mix. Gernerous amout of addictive cheese on top! The blend of pepper and cheese was not highly compatible to me, but I still enjoyed the way how cheese got half-melted in the hot and flavorsome soup!
Still, I was a bit disspointed as cheese wasn't entirely melted in the bowl, I might have spent too much time spamming my camera but still think that it could be mixed better since I have tried other rival stores which offer similiar products.
Would very much prefer it to be more penetrating so that it can soak up the indulgent cheese in every palatable strip!
In fact, the side dishes I ordered were quite toothsome choices! Feel free to drop by for some!
