To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店舖設於九如坊，附近有非常多出名及優質食市。午市點了兩個午餐加一個小籠包，午餐有前菜及主菜。前菜要了酸辣湯及湯云吞。兩款菜式均合格，當中湯云吞配上鹹湯底而不是清湯底，味道較突出，水準較高。上湯小籠包皮薄，多湯，比其他食市小籠包的平均水平略高。主菜點了紅燒獅子頭菜飯及上海粗炒。上海粗炒味道偏淡，對我來說則剛好，畢竟偏愛較清淡的食物。紅燒獅子頭則屬水準之作，肉嫩而多汁，套餐一碟跟兩球獅子頭，但如多吃兩球也不會覺膩。餐廳整體感覺令人滿意，不用等位，以所在地區來算屬抵吃之選。
