I came here around 3pm for their unlimited hotpot. I decided to try their 1 hour hot pot as most places don't offer that.I ordered the US Supreme Beef and compared to the Supreme Beef, it definitely has less fat on it so overall, you would likely able to eat more. Definitely worth the $30 extra.The other buffet food and drinks are quite standard.The refill service was very efficient. The refill service was very efficient. I think each refill came in around less than 5 minutes after ordering it by QR code and despite the 60 minutes, I was able to have around 14 plates in the end. Ventilation was sufficient. Only point is that the soup, no matter which one you choose, is the same refill soup so it gets quite diluted easily. However, for $180(after service charge), I think that is very reasonable.
