◆Tomato Soup w/ Crab Meat
Concentrated flavors of tomatoes. Fresh crab meat. Very appetizing.
◆Vegan Fish w/ Fruits
Surprisingly tasted like real fish in terms of the flavor and texture. Matched well with the melting baked cheese and refreshing fruits.
◆Seafood Tower
A gorgeous Instagramable tower of mussel, oyster, abalone and scallop. Served with cocktail sauce and Thai sauce. Scallop was served piping hot and baked with creamy crab meat.
◆Pan-fried Salmon
Crispy batter. Moist salmon. Served with buttery mashed potatoes with a mild creamy dressing that enhanced the flavor of the dish.
◆Baked Alaska
My personal favorite traditional dish. Beautifully torched meringue. The dark chocolate ice cream inside was bittersweet and intense which was perfect as a dessert.
◆Peach & Passion Fruit Tea
Sweet and warming tea to round up the scrumptious meal.
The staff presented every dish in detail and showed great hospitality. Very heartwarming to provide a vegetarian menu. The portion of the whole course was huge. Overall excellent value for money.
