Hunan is a Chinese restaurant chain established in 1999 with over 50 branches all over China. ◆Smashed Cucumber
Juicy chopped and smashed cucumber tossed with appetizing and refreshing black vinegar, garlic and shiso.

◆Braised Pork w/ Preserved Vegetables
Ordered a set menu which came with a soft drink and a bowl of rice. Perfect portion for one person. The pork belly was extra tender with a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a good amount of fat.

◆Stir-fried Green Eggplant w/ Eggs
Guests could customize the dishes with options such as choosing less oil and less spicy. The savory beef dish, served on a heater, had a mix of rib eye and marbled beef with lots of chili and garlic. Stir-fried veggies were full of wok hay and finely seasoned. I especially liked the soft and succulent green eggplant.
