午市omakase有幾個選擇,師父嘅醋飯微酸偏小份,個人覺得幾適合自己口味。都嚟過好幾次,係性價比之選。前菜有沙律同鱈魚乾😗食材都新鮮,中拖羅油脂平衡,拖羅蓉手卷加入咗天婦羅脆脆,口感幾豐富☺️另外仲有帆立貝,鮮嫩肉厚,師父既垂直切法令口感更加特別,表面仲會有柚子鹽調味,深海池魚就my all time favorite ,赤貝,海膽味道清甜,燒鯖魚會用紫蘇葉卷住再燒香,層次幾豐富,最後茶碗蒸同麵豉湯好滿足。
