舞鶴 (Closed)

Maizuru is one of my favourite omakase places in town. Maizuru sushi chefs are all nightly experienced and known for generous portion. It is not the cheapest but very good value for money for a fine dining experience. In my humble opinion, omakase is always about freshness, rareness on the ingredients, the preparations that the sushi chef spent in maximising the experience plus the chef pace in serving you each items in the omakase. Tonight I think Chef Ka have excel on pacing for all my visits
