To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ordered two sets via food panda: The salmon set and small Set B. The salmon set advertised 7 fresh salmon and 7 prime salmon. It came with 3 salmon belly and 4 seared salmon instead of the prime salmon. The seared salmon had mayonnaise on top (I had to wash this off as it makes me nauseous). Aside from this, the salmon was great and excellent value for the price.  Set B also had mayo/kewpie inside that was difficult to remove. The salmon set advertised 7 fresh salmon and 7 prime salmon. It came with 3 salmon belly and 4 seared salmon instead of the prime salmon. The seared salmon had mayonnaise on top (I had to wash this off as it makes me nauseous). Aside from this, the salmon was great and excellent value for the price.  
Set B also had mayo/kewpie inside that was difficult to remove. One of the rolls seemed to be taken off the conveyor belt rather than made fresh - the shrimp tempura was entirely soggy so I removed hygiene points. The roll sizes were also very large, and difficult to eat in one bite. 
Overall, I think it's better to go in person (even if you get takeout, you can order individual pieces of fish or rolls, unlike on foodpanda, where they only offer set meals) and to make sure you can get the freshest rolls
