The afternoon tea set at Sky100 has always been in my to try list but I never got around it till now. You need to buy the tea set package at their official webite. For $350 per person, though it sounds slighlty pricey, since this covers the $178 entry fee for sky100, you can view it as quite a bargain. The tea set arrived with its shape the same as ICC. The taste is quite good though just would be a bit more fulfilling if there was 1 more scone.
My favorite savory would be the caramalized onion with beef jus jelly. Initially I was fooled by its appearance and thought it was a dessert. The organge and earl grey was a lovely combo and was my favorite dessert though the pistachio dessert is worth mentioning as the richness of the pistachio for this dessert is up to my satisfaction. The ginger latte was not bad though the flavor of the ginger could be a bit stronger. Overall, a great experience.
