In a country where deli meats are often the same brands found in the US for twice the price, it's refreshing to find ham that's moist, well-brined, cured with loads of honey and well, better than most cooked hams in the US. (And I'm only a week removed from Spain, so I remember what good ham tastes like.) This makes me miss Paris and it's an absolute steal for less than the price of the cheapest footlong at Subway here.
