Soho Bakery has probably the nicest banoffi pie in Hong Kong. A MUST TRY!I've tried the Banoffi pie and a little bit of the NY cheesecake and loved both of them. Not only is the food nice, the atmosphere is good too. From the exterior, the shop looks like a bakery from Paris or Italy. It's never overly crowded (at least, for the times I went it wasn't) and so there's always an empty seat somewhere. The interior is even more impressive. Though the shop is not huge...maybe even a bit cramped, it's

Things aren't overly expensive considering the portion size. One thing to improve on - they use flimsy paper dishes...which can be a pain because you have to worry about trying to balance a piece of pie on top of that thin piece of paper. Other than that - one of the nicest spots in Central.
