Duck leg confitthe duck leg was flavourful but wished the skin was crispier. The sauces on the side complemented the duck really well, especially the sweet and tangy berry purée.Beef tartareloved the marinade and the yolk went really well with the raw beef. Passion fruit crème brûlée
