To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Bricklane is a lovely place for brunch. The restaurant is cosy with great ambience.  Arrived at 11am, and was not too packed. Ordered the Smoked salmon bagel and Classic egg benedict. Both dishes are nicely presented, with fresh salad at the side. Smoked salmon bagel- Scottish salmon/ Cream cheese/ Plain bagelThe scottish salmon is succulent fresh and delicately flavoured. Bricklane is a lovely place for brunch. The restaurant is cosy with great ambience.  Arrived at 11am, and was not too packed.

Ordered the Smoked salmon bagel and Classic egg benedict. Both dishes are nicely presented, with fresh salad at the side.

The scottish salmon is succulent fresh and delicately flavoured. And the cream cheese complemented the bagel well. However, the bagel is slightly dry as the moisture of the bread is not sealed in after heating. The fries is fried till golden and extremely hot and crispy.

- Gammon ham/ 2 poached eggs/ English muffin, Hollandaise sauce
Recommend the Classic Egg Benedict. Topped with beautifully poached eggs and tender ham, the muffin is nicely toasted and drizzled with generous serving of the magical hollandaise sauce. Buttery and creamy, the hollandaise sauce is simply a highlight of the dish. Impressive.

Would recommend this place for a delightful brunch at the weekend!
