Recommended by my colleague, I decided to try this place out after work. This burger place has two sitting areas, the main area where you pay is a little small so I suggest sitting on the other side where they have bigger tables. I ordered the classic American Cheese Burger and a ice cold beer to go down with it, it also comes in a set with fries and coke (Add 28 dollars) but I prefer a beer with my burger.
You can order from a varieties of bottled beers, mostly Belgium and German ones. I personally think it's quite a good selection compared to some famous burger joints in Hong Kong where you only get one to two choices.
I was enjoying my Belgium beer when the burger arrives on a chopping board and it doesn't disappoint. Two fluffy buns, a juicy beef patty, crispy lettuce, tomatoes, bacons, topped with cheese and special sauce.
What I like about the burger?
Burger Buns - Fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, perfect
Beef Patty - The beef taste is intense and yet quite juicy
Lettuce - Not your ordinary iceberg but romaine and rocket
Special Sauce - I love my ketchup and mustard but who doesn't want their burger tasting special from time to time?
Overall a great burger place with great tasting burgers.
