今日試咗佢哋嘅6 courses tasting menu,今次又有新驚喜。scan台上qr code會出現welcome message,好有心思。而店員又會逐道菜式介紹,體驗好好!首先offer咗champagne做welcoming drinks,之後試咗三隻傳統黑醋,年份分別係15,25同50年,再配埋芝士口感好特別。跟住又有三隻魚子醬,佢哋自家製嘅focaccia同橄欖油。值得一提嘅係佢哋裝橄欖油嘅碟係特別訂製,方便食客更好地聞到香味。跟住仲有金槍魚魚子醬杯,口感refreshing。第一道appetizer係red prawn tartare, 紅蝦鮮甜,同黑松露一齊食口感更特別。第二道appetizer叫”a mushroom into the sea”, 靚到似藝術品。牛肝菌中間有金箔點綴,又有帶子、魚子醬等等。口感層次豐富跟住係pasta,有魚子醬點綴風味十足。主菜係豬面頰肉同龍蝦肉嘅combination,底部係西蘭花醬汁,令到口味更清新~最後佢哋嘅dessert選擇極多,有數款朱古力/tiramisu/blueberry panna cotta/同煎餅捲。配埋最後
