The food here is great, I try to stop by once a week after going to the gym nearby. I am especially a big fan of the chicken pho but I've not been disappointed by any of the lunch options which extend beyond pho. The fresh lime sodas are great and the homemade ice cream is always creatively flavored (e.g. mandarin orange and szechuan pepper!) and ultra creamy thanks to the PacoJet machine. Lots of fresh herbs available at the tables/counters to add to the pho's. Vegetarian options available.
The setup is a long counter around the cooking area and a table or two by the window. For lunch there is a menu with appetizers, mains, drinks and desserts and you check off the items you want. Service is prompt and friendly, but it can get quite busy for lunch. I haven't visited for dinner yet. I met Peter, the proprieter, when he was teaching Vietnamese cooking in a class - he is very knowledgeable and classically trained.
