I like FOVEA because they have decent dance lights for clubbing.Upstairs, they serve food and it was pretty good.Here was what we had:++++++++Jellyfish:Big chunks of jellyfish seasoned with fragrant spring onion and sesame oil.++++++++Spicy beef tendon terrine:The spicy flavour was nice but the texture was too chewy for me.++++++++Chinese pork terrine:張果佬肴肉Not sure what the English is for this type of pork but it tasted like salted pigs knuckles.Again, the jelly is quite chewy.++++++++Soup of th

A very concentrated soup which I found it quite sweet with a salty aftertaste.++++++++
Smoked egg with caviar:
This was quite nice because the egg had a strong wine taste with a creamy thick runny egg yolk.++++++++
Tofu:
A nice vegetarian dish with tofu, yellow fungas and hard tofu.++++++++
Prawns in strawberry sauce:
I don't normally like strawberry sauce but the sauce here tastes natrual and not cloyingly sweet like artificial strawberry syrup.The prawns were fresh and springy.

Typhoon shelter style crab claws:
I was surprised this was really nice because the batter was light infused with spices but you could still taste the sweetness of the crab.++++++++
