To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I have always wanted to try this Shanghai joint but when I get to Gough Street I end up going to other eateries.Finally tried it and the food and service was good.There are other branches but I would recommend this branch because it is less busy and the staff speak English.Here was what I had:++++++Dandan noodles:A nice strong peanut flavour to it and the noodles were really tasty if you eat them quick because I don't like them soft.++++++Chicken in wine:The chicken was impressive!~It was big ch
