To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Love the fish in this restaurant for the food. It's a true portfolio of fish options wonderfully cooked. A glass of wine sitting outdoors by the pool I love it. But damn. This whole we refuse to give you a glass of water and you must buy out filtered water is infuriating. Hong Kong water is absolutely 100% drinkable. And your saying or implying otherwise is wrong. Or your strategy to up my bill is also wrong. You're not saying you can't. You're saying you won't.

Customers deserve an option for a glass of water. So full points on a great restaurant for food but sorry.You need to stop your forcing people to buy your filtered water. It’s tacky and sleazy.
