Thinking what to get on my mum’s birthday and found this really nice place for friends and family gathering. Since the weather is getting cold in this fall-winter season so we are here for some hot dishes for dinner. This place provides many Honkongese traditional food including Guangdong clay pot style and baked crab that we enjoyed a lot.🥂Sweet & Crispy Glacier Eggplant $68It’s one of my favourite dish here as it’s really fluffy and soft in texture. 🥂Sweet & Crispy Glacier Eggplant $68
It’s one of my favourite dish here as it’s really fluffy and soft in texture. The seasoning was just right and was a great kick start of the meal.
🥂Almond Soup & Pork Lung with Chinese Cabbage $88
Instantly warm our body with this soup, it’s really flavourful and there’s a lot of ingredients inside.
🥂Baked Crab with Fish Sauce $488
They kindly serve disposable gloves for us so we can keep our hands clean. The crab was very fresh, bouncy and delicious. Also loved the diced ginger and scallions which elevated the flavour really well.
🥂Oyster and Chicken Pot $188
We could tell how hot it is by the sizzling sound. Oysters were in giant size and chicken was still very tender.
🥂Tofu with Crab Roe $138
Something lighter to balance the meal and we loved how soft the tofu was here. Paired well with the fried rice we ordered.
🥂Scallop Fried Rice with Spring Onion Oil and Egg White $98
Though it came in green colour, it’s not artificial in taste but actually really scrumptious. Enjoyed every bit of the rice.
There’s much more on the menu that we wanted to try. A really igable lobster will be treated for free if you book a table with four people or above in advance. Will definitely be back to try more local dishes!
