We had our kagoshima wagyu served medium rare, and chef served our beef in two portions, cooked at different tempuratures for different mouth-feel. Then we had a huge bowl of fried rice with a thick slice of bacon and a miso soup using the shrimp from earlier. Dessert was my favourite toast dipped in sugar hehehehe and it was so good with ice cream as well. We gad the set menu for two ($2,800) and it was more than enough for the 3 of us hehhe
