To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This Japanese restaurant in Central has a great lunch set. They have a variety of options to choose from like ramen and rice bowls, all of which are very high quality and well made. I really like their sashimi rice bowl, which comes with an assortment of sashimi like botan ebi, uni, ikura, toro, etc. The sashimi is incredible fresh and the rice is very well seasoned. A tea and salad is also included in the set. The portions are perfect and the restaurant is great for a quick yummy lunch.
