Still good! Been awhile since I came here and everything was delicious. With very limited bbq options in Central, this is probably the easiest to book, best money-for-value and least greasy. We ordered:
🍽 Chef’s Selection (350g): A5 wagyu selections – personal favourite was the beef tongue (thick cut). Really liked how they offer rich and dense premium cuts compared to other Japanese bbq places. Most cuts were creamy and buttery. Seasoning was relatively light as they weren’t not marinated, only salt & pepper and you will have to rely on the sauce especially for those who are 重口味. We managed to finish everything without feeling super greasy
🍽Wagyu tartare topped with uni: this was surprisingly good, uni was very fresh and beef tartarte was well-seasoned
🍽 Foie gras wagyu toast: also surprisingly good, foie gras will be grilled in front of you followed by a lightly grilled toast. It is the taste of evil.
🍽 Wagyu Udon: quite yummy
🍽 Seafood pancake: takes forever and its so-so only
