The main course:
Tagliatelle pasta Iberico pork with mushroom cream.
- this was so yummy, the cream sauce had a strong flavourful pork taste and white sauce was so creamy which melted in the pasta. It was a perfectly made pasta and I highly recommend this fish.

seafood and squid ink paella
the rice was cooked perfectly and the rice was soaked in the rich squid ink. There wasn’t much seafood on this dish and they can improve on the seafood portion but I think the highlight was the squid ink. This is a must try dish.

Slow cook beef cheeks
This dish was absolutely divine. The beef was so tender and the sauce served with it was extremely rich. I think the mashed potato served with the beef ruined the beef a little bit because it was watery and not very technical or wowing.
I would 100% come here again. The best part of the buffet was the large and diverse amount of dishes to choose from. I loved the selections of ham and the anchovies was so delightful. The salad area was great too. I think they should add some hot options for the buffet such as soup so people can have the option of salad and soup.
