To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Squid ink spaghettiHave always loved squid ink pasta and this was delicious!! Loved how the sauce had a deep seafood flavour and it was slightly spicy - I just couldn't stop eating it! Spaghetti was al dente and the squid wasn't tough at all. Portion was very generous too!Black truffle scrambled eggs bagel I was surprised by how big this was! Love the strong black truffle flavour in the soft and creamy scrambled eggs😍 The onion & cheese bagel was perfectly toasted - golden and crispy on the outs

I was surprised by how big this was! Love the strong black truffle flavour in the soft and creamy scrambled eggs😍 The onion & cheese bagel was perfectly toasted - golden and crispy on the outside yet still chewy on the inside. The sweetness from the honey mustard sauce complemented this savoury bagel really well too🥯

Definitely worth going up all those stairs to get to this cafe! Got myself a passion fruit shaken tea as well which was super refreshing🍹
