Went during lunch and expected a queue but to my surprise they wasnt with only around 6 diners inside.Ordered a shio soba ( $134), which came accompanied with four slices of BBQ pork, bamboo shoots and leek. The shio soup base, made with Okinawa salt, was light, with a refreshing green olive purée. I particularly loved the pops of fresh mint that interwove through the slippery noodles. Also ordered the gyozas which were on promotion ($15) they were crisp and the chilli sauce accompanying it was the bomb!
