I had a hairy crab dinner and crab theme dinner at this restaurant last week. i never knew that they serve hairy crab as well because fung shing appears to be a traditional name for me. their crab shark fin soup was fabulous although shark fin may not be preferable for many people. the taste is strong and the crab flavor is obvious. also, we brought our own crab for the restaurant to cook and the service was amazing. lastly, the winter pot rice with sausages was also great! great size and flavor
