This restaurant serves Shanxi food, which to my knowledge is not very common in Hong Kong.
Their specialty are Biangbiang noodles (Biang is the insanely complicated Chinese character in the restaurants logo), one serving is basically one very long flat noodle and is servers with a very aromatic, balanced and spicy sauce and your choice of topping (the rib is very nice), some versions have dumplings as well, with is nice. Another specialty is the meat sandwich (sometimes called the sangxi hamburger), a small flatbread filled with chopped up meat - a succulent, fatty treat.
I tried some of their cold dishes which where all good - in particular enjoyed the tofu sheets with cellery.
Prices are very reasonable given the quality.
