hokkaido donburi特選北海道丼the uni (sea urchin) was fresh and creamy but I wished it had a stronger umami and sweet flavour. the botan shrimps were sweet, plump and fresh and I really enjoyed the thick scallops and salmon roe too. not bad but I've had better donburi elsewhere in hk at a similar price point.taste: 7/10value: 6/10
