Been here twice already and quite impressed both times! This time I went with my dad and we had crab and scallops lasagna and French bean and watercress salad for starters. The crab and scallops lasagna was a new dish, and it really wasn't anything like a lasagna but was rather crab & scallop pate sandwiched between thin sheets of pasta, topped with sea urchin and dressed with sea urchin sauce. It was very rich in umami, quite interesting in texture but definitely delicious! For mains we ordered
