Great view but average service, average food

Went there for a late lunch, the last order was at 2:30pm. Great location, overlooking the harbour. Food and service are both very average with the price I was paying. The host seemed a bit disinterested. The waitress who was servicing  our table has lack of knowledge about the menu. Bread was cold and dry. I ordered the burger, cost around $188. The beef patty is cooked perfectly. The bread was just too dry, the mustard sauce was very sour, overpowering the whole thing. The chips weren't fried

The host seemed a bit disinterested. The waitress who was servicing  our table has lack of knowledge about the menu. Bread was cold and dry. I ordered the burger, cost around $188. The beef patty is cooked perfectly. The bread was just too dry, the mustard sauce was very sour, overpowering the whole thing. The chips weren't fried thoroughly. My friend tried the ribs, flavour is great but the meat was just so dry as well. Overall, was a bit disappointed with the dishes, the quality of ingredients are good but the preparation method does not meet a usual premium restaurant standard. I only recommend coming here for a drink, sit outdoor and overlook the amazing harbour view.
