As the name implies, it is probably the greatest yakiniku in the town😇😇. This is my first time trying the chateaubriand🐮. By just grilling for 20 seconds on each side, it is ready to be served. The uni briand don 🍚 is definitely a signature dish here🤯🤯. The rice is topped with grilled chateaubriand and hokkaido uni soaked with spring onions and garlic/soy sauce. The meat is melting in your mouth, I thought I was tasting a piece of premium Otoro 🐟🍣
