To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 數數原來已經很久沒有有吃大快活。今天不太想吃肉,便點了素菜意粉。*素菜意粉($28)這個素菜意粉比我想像中的賣相要好得多,色彩很繽紛,又綠又紫又紅又黃,有菇、西蘭花、南瓜、番茄和茄子;蔬菜都很新鮮,尤其南瓜,煮得又軟又甜;意粉煮得剛好,不會太軟,有西餐廳的水準,而且很濕潤,不會很乾。
