------------------------------
For Starters:
Arrived on time for our table, but didnt get seated until 30 minutes later. It's a very local eatery, so dont expect great punctuality or service, but this is not why you come here, its the food! Outside was a long cue of people, approx 25, and it was 7PM on a Sunday. This place truly is popular!
------------------------------
Dinner:
The food was served pretty quick, and arrived in time with the beer, haha. As usual you should clean your dishes and chopsticks with the provided hot water (DON'T DRINK!) before using it. If your table isnt clean, ask them to wipe it again, thats standard here.
Veggies:
Started of with some simple veggies in shrimp sauce, surprisingly nice, strong seafood flavour, pretty good! Fried Oysters:
Massive fried oysters in very flavourful port wine sauce! Nice dish, very filling! Baked Chicken:
Awesome! Very tender and most interesting, the meat had a nice light smokey hint, i honestly hadn't had this type of baked chicken before! Sweet and Sour Pork:
I call myself an expert in the most "white" chinese food of all, sweet and sour flavoured dishes. My friends always laugh when I persist on ordering this at any local place we go, but I am constantly searching for the best sweet and sour, well, I didnt find it here. ------------------------------
Desert Time:
Desert / Red Bean Soup and Herb Jello with Wolfberries:
Soso, it came with our meal, and wasnt anything special, the red bean soup not hot enough and too "thin", the jello average as well.No Dessert this time as we didn't really see anything "new" on the menu, asked for the bill and got it delivered to our table in very quick (and fancy!) fashion!
------------------------------
Other Remarks:
Don't visit the toilet if not really necessary
