Service
Service Personal is good, usually they are two people serving the cafe which is enough, they are friendly and quick with the orders, and kind enough if something gets wrong to replace it.
The Place
In the middle of Soho, right next to the midlevels escalator on Staunton Street. In the middle of bars and restaurants, you will find this little cafe a nice change, to just sit down after your meal or a late night, have a hot drink and eat your slice of cake or waffle. It's nicely decorated inside, and the toilets are not male or female, but "Standing" and "Sitting".
The Cakes are nice, and we especially like the Blackforest Cake, which has great texture, good cream and a solid cherry/chocolate foundation. Coming from Germany this gets actually quite close to the original one.
They also serve waffles with creme and berry sauces.
Their drinks are mainly coffees and other hot drinks (tea, chocolate, etc), although they serve Cocktails and bottle beer as well. Prices are reasonable (40 HK$ per bottle).
Yesterday we tried 2 of their "Liquor Coffees" as this is something we drink in Germany during the christmas period a lot. We got the Cinnamon Pin and Khalua Coffee. Both tasted nice, but not like any alcohol at all (60HK$ each).
