To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對H8既餐廳印象都係細細間冇乜空間感咁, 原來9樓哩間西餐廳又幾好feel, 有梳化位坐, 野食仲幾高質添。麵包盤有配jam又有butter, 牛角包同竹炭包都仲有暖意, 牛角食落都仲鬆脆。自家製鹹豬手配凍話梅汁沙律好岩依家天氣食, 中意個話梅汁清爽開胃, 仲有鹹豬手唔係醃到死咸, 係岩岩好同個話梅汁又好夾, 個肉質亦唔係硬實, 而係有D爽彈既, 哩個配搭特別得黎又好match!美國頂級西冷煎得好好表面焦香亦封到肉汁, 有牛香又粉嫩多汁。伴菜亦有微微煎香。牛肝菌露筍意大利飯入口creamy米飯口感軟硬剛好, 味道突出既牛肝菌配清淡爽脆既蘆筍又係好夾。食完超滿足既朱古力香蕉金寶新鮮焗起~ 香蕉焗完更香入口即溶, 配脆卜卜crumble, 超好味呀!熱情果梳打係用真熱情果肉, 冇溝糖水! 天然又酸甜清爽, i like it~
