Hair in my food

I came to eat here a few weeks ago, the food was ok however halfway through I realised there was a hair in my food. I immediately told the waiter but was received with a unfriendly demeanour. The food was sent back and only half the portion was given back. There was no proper apology, I paid the full bill. There was just an abrupt and rude behaviour from the same waiter throughout the service. I contacted them a few times after and no response. This encounter has made it feel as if they don’t care for service or their customers when they have made the mistakes!
