To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Visiting here Hong Kong Old Restaurant at least once a year when it’s hairy crab season. We came here again and share the set for two among 3 people at $1600. We still got very full at the end. The quality of hairy crab was up to expectation but still could be more creamy..Other dishes we had were not bad. My favourite was the crab meat seafood soup and stir-fried pea shoots with mushrooms..Decor and service here is very local. Nice for a yearly-gathering here with friends or families..Hairy Cra
