It's hairy crab time! We first started with a double-boiled fish maw soup with black mushrooms and Chinese cabbage which was very rich and flavorful while warming us up effectively.
The baked crab shell stuffed with hairy crab roe, scallop and wild mushroom was deliciously rich while the steamed hairy crab was a bit lean compared to others I've had this season.
