Met up with ex-colleagues near the office for dinner! We had one drink each, and a few mains to share. There was a wide range of food from the menu, from salad to rice to poke to noodles. Happy Hour on Monday was quiet, but good enough for us to catch up! The salad was a great start, lots of crispiness for a salad. We added a side of beef on top of the salad, sweet and warm. The seafood pancake was what filled us up! Big pieces of seafood in a batter, 8 large pieces! Couldn’t finish it at last as
The seafood pancake was what filled us up! Big pieces of seafood in a batter, 8 large pieces! Couldn’t finish it at last as they were very filling, it comes with a vinegar-based sauce to tone it down a bit. The poke bowl was again in big portion! The air-dried seaweed was interesting, tuna and avocado chunks together with flavoured rice.
For dessert, we had this korean donut and it amazed us! It was something like korean rice cake with sesame and sweet peanut filling, and vanilla ice cream, surprisingly good!
