🍽 HandMade Fettucine with Crab Meat, Courgette and Salmon Roe💰 HK$168 (lunch set, 10% service charge)The crab meat was quite nice but there was a small piece of crab shell which i guess is inevitable. The salmon roe was slightly bland and not as sweet as I expected. Never the less pasta was cooked to al dente and the pasta sauce sticks to the fettucine so well. Guess I should reserve the lobster pasta for my next visit.
