To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. If you have tried Kale before but didn't get their cajun chicken and you think Kale is just okay for you, dude, you should go visit again. I am serious. It is not something you eat because you want to eat healthy, it is something you actually would crave for. I always get their signature cajun chicken salad combo which comes with the fricking tasty cajun chicken (duh), a choice of salad and sweet

Hands down the best salad bar in Hong Kong💫Seriously, their cajun chicken is THE BEST. If you have tried Kale before but didn't get their cajun chicken and you think Kale is just okay for you, dude, you should go visit again. I am serious. It is not something you eat because you want to eat healthy, it is something you actually would crave for. I always get their signature cajun chicken salad combo which comes with the fricking tasty cajun chicken (duh), a choice of salad and sweet potato fries. Did I say their sweet potato fries is the best I have ever had in my entire life?🤤No kidding! And you know what is more crazier? You can have all five different salads all at once! So if you have problem choosing kale salad or quinoa or just veggie - Problem solved! And also (the list goes on), they served generous portions and I meant it. I never really finish the whole combo by myself but the truth is - I eat a lot🤯

To conclude, I think Kale is just way underrated, like WAYYY underrated. This is not an ad, I just genuinely LOVE this place so much because, man, they have the best cajun chicken and sweet potato fries in town that you could not miss. Period.
