媽媽放假係放星期一,所以大多數星期一會同佢食好嘢~ 前陣子去咗上環嘅一間咖啡室同店長講開,原來佢哋喺永光中心開咗間意大利餐廳~上黎Openrice睇睇個環境,擺設裝修都好girly 好啱女仔去~我諗大家都有同感逢星期一嘅餐廳係比較靜嘅 ,所以當晚人唔多,我哋都周圍影下相,有一個比薩斜塔,仲有d flamingo嘅擺設~每道菜都有店員介紹,先嚟手工麵包配肉醬溫泉蛋,將蛋攪爛混埋肉醬,再放上手工麵包上,肉醬香滑又唔太咸~另一頭盤:野生蜂蜜與法國芝士、有機蕃茄釀蜜錢、小農水耕沙律呢個頭盤係有次序食嘅~先食芝士,之後整粒蕃茄蜜餞加埋片羅勒一齊食,一啖有三種味道,超級香既羅勒香味,蜜餞既甜比蕃茄中和咗,清新有層次~ 最後食沙律菜清清味蕾迎接下一道菜!香煎蟹餅配日本山葵毛豆泥煎咗嘅蟹餅,外層脆邊鬆軟,入面一絲絲嘅蟹肉, 真材實料配埋特製嘅wasabi毛茄醬,更添味道~當日餐湯係忌廉雜菌湯 雜菌Blend 得好幼滑,不膩又帶點奶香~焦化牛油肉眼上蓋配羊肚菌黑蒜配雜菌紅酒肉汁一上檯已經見到肉質鮮嫩,中間透紅。店員話呢個肉眼,係不停用汁喺外層淋落去,剛好係medium既程度~ 加埋其他配菜襯托下,擺盤好

慢燉西班牙黑毛豬配蕃茄肉汁薯仔丸子

薯仔丸子係由台藉廚師親手做嘅,薯仔丸子嘅質感煙煙韌韌,仲有淡淡薯仔嘅香味。
蕃茄肉汁同先前頭盤嘅肉醬有啲似~味道都好夾!

甜品有2個:
Traditional Tiramisu 
一向鍾意Tiramisu嘅我一啖入口,酒味好重,好鍾意呢個質感好軟綿綿,仲有好香既咖啡味! 
Mango Panna Cotta
可能呢期嘅芒果當做,好甜嘅關係,確實係甜咗啲。
店員話廚師其實落糖唔多,一般會保持原味,不過配合埋下面嘅奶凍,加埋芒果既甜,其實剛剛好!
