To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細細個住喺三聖邨,已經有條海鮮街,幾十年後,已經變成一個食海鮮的旅遊景點,雖然今晚是平日,海鮮街依然熱熱鬧鬧,周邊的餐廳人客也不少。今晚我哋訂咗南記,好彩訂咗枱,如果唔係要坐戶外,但竟然戶外也坐咗十枱八枱,全場爆滿。相對隔離那一間,南記真係比較多人幫襯。去南記梗係叫隻燒鵝皇試吓,果然真係好味。但是上完燒鵝後,都等了很久第一味餸椒鹽賴尿蝦才上枱,跟着解要稍等一會才上第二味餸。芝士脆皮龍蝦始終都係x龍第一,最有驚喜反而係薑蔥𧐢👍🏼買海鮮用咗$2100,南記埋單$1477,包埋兩個白飯仲有碟菜加一花生茶芥,六個大人兩個小朋友。
